Directions to the MSU Main Library and Kellogg Center

From ANN ARBOR:

US-23 North to I-96 West to US-127/I-496 towards Lansing (Exit #106). Exit onto Trowbridge Road (Exit #9) and see below.

From CHICAGO:

I-94 East to I-69 North (shortly after Battle Creek on 94 East, sign will read "To Lansing"). I-69 runs into I-496 East at Exit #95 (To Lansing). Exit onto Trowbridge Road (Exit #9) and see below.

From FLINT:

I-69 South to US-127 South. Exit onto Trowbridge Road (Exit #9) and see below.

From GRAND RAPIDS:

I-96 East to I-496 towards Lansing. Exit onto Trowbridge Road (Exit #9) and see below.

From KALAMAZOO:

To reach the Main Library from Trowbridge Road:

From the intersection of Trowbridge and Harrison, drive north (left turn) on Harrison about 1/2 mile to the intersection of Harrison and Kalamazoo. The Breslin Center will be on your right. Turn right on Kalamazoo and follow the signs to Spartan Stadium. The visitor parking lot nearest to the library is Lot 62, located on Red Cedar Road, just west of the stadium. Walk across the street to the sidewalk on the north side of Red Cedar Road. Follow this sidewalk east (to the right) about 500 feet to the footbridge which crosses the Red Cedar River. The footbridge leads directly to the south ("Red Cedar") entrance of the Main Library.

To reach the Kellogg Center from Harrison Road:

From the intersection of Trowbridge and Harrison, drive north on Harrison about 3/4 mile. The Kellogg Center will be on your right soon after the intersection of Harrison and Kalamazoo. There is a parking garage at the Kellogg Center.

Where can I park when visiting the Main Library?

Public parking is available in Visitor Parking Lot 62 next to Spartan Stadium on Red Cedar Drive. From 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, the parking lots and spaces near the Main Library off the Circle Drive are reserved for vehicles with MSU Employee parking permits.
