Reproduction

Materials in the University Archives & Historical Collections (UAHC) can be reproduced for you by photocopying or digital scanning by the UAHC staff. Researchers wishing to use digital photography must consult with the reference archivist before taking photographs.

The current fee for photocopying is $0.20 per page (letter/legal) for black and white photocopies. Color copies are $1.00 per page. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. While Archives does its best to provide prompt service, please allow up to 10 business days for the completion of orders.

Materials up to 12 by 17 inches can be scanned digitally in most formats and sizes at a cost of $5 per scan. The file will be digitally transferred unless otherwise requested. An additional fee of $5 will be charged for media if requested.

Our Fee Schedule document describes fees for duplication and digitization as well as other applicable fees. Contact the University Archives for any questions regarding fees.
