About Us

This Digital Library portal pulls together materials and services related to health sciences at the Michigan State University Libraries and serves all faculty, staff, and students in MSU's health colleges and other colleges who are in clinical or biomedical areas. Because there is no separate "bricks and mortar" health sciences library at MSU, books and journals can be found at the MSU Main Library (clinical medicine, nursing, allied health, biological sciences, and veterinary medicine).

MSU Libraries focuses on acquiring health sciences materials in electronic form since our affiliated health sciences faculty and students can be found all over the state of Michigan. Through this site, MSU affiliated faculty, staff, and students can access over 9000 biomedical and clinical electronic journals, databases for searching the research literature, evidence based medicine point of care resources, electronic books, and more.

Six health sciences librarians are available to provide help and services to faculty, staff, and students in the health and biomedical subject areas. We do instruction and consultation in using our resources and can provide help in finding materials for your research, teaching, study or assignment needs.
