Due to major system maintenance, you will not be able to request items through MeLCat beginning on November 18, 2015. Renewals for MeLCat items will still be possible until December 2, 2015. Reference Services provides reference and research assistance to students, faculty, and staff of MSU and community users. In-person assistance is available at the Reference Desk on the first floor of the Main Library near the north entrance. Librarians are also available through email, and 24/7 chat or IM services. Individuals who want one-on-one research assistance should contact the subject specialist in their area. Student Peer Research Assistants are available for drop-in research help at four neighborhood Engagement Centers. Please visit our Ask A Librarian page for more details on how to contact us.
