TIC Advisory Council

The Advisory Council of the Turfgrass Information Center™ is made up of industry representatives and professionals, and works to provide guidance to the MSU Libraries' efforts to make universal access to the turf science literature a reality. The Council advises the Center on its overall goals and activities, provides technical review of database content and presentation, helps to identify materials which should be included within the Center's databases and collection, as well as being concerned with the general and fiscal well-being of the Center.

The Council generally meets two times per year, once at TIC during the summer or fall, and again during the Golf Industry Show(GCSAA). The MSU Libraries deeply appreciates this assistance and thanks those who serve and have served in this capacity. The Advisory Council has been an important link to database users and the turf industry as a whole.
