Endowment Notes
Catalog Maintenance will maintain the endowment notes on a regular basis. Once a month, new orders should be checked for the funds listed below. Any new orders should then have the corresponding "Endowment note" placed in the bib record in a 590 field. The substitution phrase codes listed below all start out with: "MSU: " and are followed by the endowment note for that fund. Using these substitution phrases will eliminate typing errors and contribute to consistency in the notes.
