Invoices remain with the trucks, unless there is a credit memo on the first page, then give invoice to Kim.
1880-13 (Amy's soc. sci./hum. plan 1091)--open by Wednesday noon (books and invoice remain on truck in YBP unpacking area)
1880-11 (Marcia's univ. press plan 1077)--open by Friday noon (books and invoice remain on truck in YBP unpacking area)
1880-18 (Amy's literature plan 1098)--open by Friday noon (leave books and invoice go on a truck. This plan is on a 2 week rotation, unless final selection of books has been completed early.
1880-20 (World Bank/IMF plan 1089)--open by Friday noon (books and invoice go to YBP "1089" shelf in the approval plan review area) . These are the only Yankee books that require tattletaping.
1880-08 (firm orders -- "big" 1080)--open by the following Tuesday (truck and invoice go to the firm order shelf ready area next to TLoc)
