Note: Fine Arts and the branches have their own free standing operations and do not use the fund codes ARRMO or DSCMO.
Books
- Reserve requests for books with cost up to $75 are approved and ordered using Cindy Stone's initials. Above that cost, Cindy will get confirmation from the appropriate bibliographer, and the ARRMO fund still is used. Location code will be mnres.
Videos
- Reserve requests for videos with cost up to $75 are approved and ordered using John Shaw's initials - fund used will be DSCMO. Above the cost, John will consult with the subject specialist and will use the appropriate subject fund (NOT the DSCMO fund) for the order. Location code will be dmres.
