The front panel begins at the top with "Acorn Stoves & Ranges" in a brown lettering. In the center of the panel, there is a drawn color illustration of an acorn in the middle of orange and gold flames. Around the flames, there are two oak branches with different colored leaves. At the bottom of the oak branches the manufacturer is listed reading "Rathbone, Sard & Co., Albany, Chicago, Detroit. Below, there is a brown outlined box that contains the phrase "For sale by: Chas F. Bullwinkle, Jefferson, Wis. The back panel starts at the top with the company name and the address at the bottom. Between the name and address, there are calendars for July to December 1881 and January to June 1882. There is the title "Acorn Stoves & Ranges" in the center on a gold band dividing the different calendars. The inside panels begin with the title on the top and then continue with paragraphs describing the product. All the inside text is written in a blue lettering.
