The front panel begins with the title "Welch's Grapelade The Pure Grape Spread" at the top. Following the title, there is a drawn color illustration of a maid carrying a tray laden with a single rose bud in a vase plus a salad, Grapelade spread, grape juice, and toast. At the very bottom it states "Sold by Paul & Sons 1206 Washington St. Lansing, Mich. The back panel is outlined with the traditional Welch frame of grape vines. Inside the frame, there are recipes for Grapelade ice cream, Grapelade tart and ruby apples. At the bottom, there are other Welch's products listed followed by the publisher. The inside panels consist of a few paragraphs describing the Grapelade product. It states how it is made and what individuals can use Grapelade for. At the bottom of the second inside panel, there are two recipes. The first recipe is for Grapelade Tapioca and the second recipe is for Grapelade Mousse.
