Description: The front cover is divided into a tan upper half with the title and the lower half is a brown and white checked pattern with a plate with a slice of apple cake with whipped cream and a cherry. The back cover is brown and white checked with Hekman's in a red oval. There are two graham cracker boxes; one facing forward and one facing backward. There is a package of graham crackers in front of them. The phrase: "the quality mark of the Baker's Art." The front end page has a typed signed letter from Hetty Hekman. There are recipes for desserts and breakfast items. Each one has a picture. The calorie count and cost per serving are given. There are no page numbers.
