- The front panel is tan with dark brown ink. Surrounding the title are twelve portraits of children. The back also uses brown ink and has text promoting the medicinal benefits of feeding Imperial Granum to infants and children, as well as to mothers. Several official seals decorate the back and the front, including one that says "registered June 5, 1877" and another that says "International Exhibition Philadelphia 1876" (site of the Centennial World's Fair).
