The front panel depicts a wooden refrigerator with a little girl in a red dress standing in front. The doors of the refrigerator open to reveal the interior, with fruit, drinks, meat and cake stored inside. The back panel has a background of yellow and blue. At the top are the words "White Mountain Refrigerators" in red and beneath that, "Maine Manufacturing Co., Nashua, N.H." in black. Beneath that is a drawing of the same little girl chilled from standing next to an open refrigerator. Wrap-around text says, "The Chest with the Chill in it. Trade Mark White Mountain." At the bottom in red is printed "Largest Refrigerator Factory in the World." At the very bottom is stamped "For Sale by Chas, Keil & Son, 26 East Main Street, Belleville, Ill." The inside right panel says "The Chest with the Chill in it. Ice Grate - Flues - Basket - Shelves - Remove to Clean. The "Stone-White" is walled with Cold Gleaming, Indestructible, Solid Stone White as Snow." The inside left panel has an illustration of the little girl holding a tool that says "Waste Pipe Removes."
