Room Reservations
G-201A, the library's conference room is available to our patrons for individual or group study and some special events.
Room Reservations Politices & Guidelines:
- Priority is given to those CVM groups or individuals who have reserved the room.
- For a single individual or group, the room is available for up to 3 hours in a given business day unless special prior arrangements have been made with library staff.
- CVM Library users have equal access to this room on a first-come, first served basis.
- If you are using the room without having made reservations, you may be asked to vacate it upon request.
- Users are asked to cancel reservations with library staff if the room will not be used as planned.
- The conference room is not sound proof. Please keep voices lowered and keep the door closed.
- Users must dispose of all food, beverages, and containers upon vacating the room.
To Reserve a Room
Please note that it is best to either stop by the library's circulation desk or call (517-353-5099) when placing room reservations. Library staff may not always be available to check or honor an e-mailed request.
