Policies
Circulation and Lend Policies
- A valid Michigan State University I.D. is required for check out
of all library materials that circulate. If the M.S.U. ID does not
contain a picture, another picture ID must be provided at the time
of check out
- The Vet. Med. Center Library houses video and slide-tape programs
belonging to the College of Veterinary Medicine.
- This collection remains library use only.
- Patrons 18 yrs. of age and with proof of State of Michigan residency
are eligible for an M.S.U. Libraries Community Patron permit, free
of charge, by registering at the Main Library Circulation Desk.
- Regular Vet. Med. library books circulate for three weeks.
- Reserved materials and all journal issues circulate for two hours,
with no renewals.
- At the discretion of the library staff, overnight borrowing of some
reserved materials is allowed.
- Reserved materials do not circulate to Community patrons.
