Flu season is here, and that is a reminder that we need to do our best to remain healthy to fight off all those germs. The Mayo Clinic says, "To help prevent any illness, eat right, get enough sleep, exercise regularly and wash your hands often."1

Take care to:

* Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough
* Clean your hands often
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
* Stay home when you are sick and check with a health care provider when needed
* Practice other good health habits.2
