The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
IPEDS is the core postsecondary education data collection program for NCES. Data are collected from all primary providers of postsecondary education in the country in areas including enrollments, program completions, graduation rates, faculty, staff, finances, institutional prices, and student financial aid.
International Archive of Education Data
Sponsored by NCES and made available through ICPSR, the Archive acquires, processes, documents, and disseminates data collected by national, state or provincial, local, and private organizations, pertaining to all levels of education in countries for which data can be made available. It includes data for elementary/secondary surveys, postsecondary surveys, longitudinal surveys, education assessment, libraries, crime in schools, census in education, vocational education, international education, and museum studies.
