Circulation Notices on Paper (not E-mail)

Overdue notices for material in the MSU Main Library and all branches will automatically be sent to MSU students, faculty, and staff via Pilot e-mail unless users request paper notices by completing this form.

NOTE:   We cannot e-mail to addresses other than Pilot/MSUnet.  If you wish to receive overdue notices at another e-mail address, you will need to set up your Pilot account to forward Pilot/MSUnet mail to that address.  To do so, activate your Pilot account, go into "a" (advanced features), choose "f" (Forwarding e-mail address), then choose "c" (Change) and enter the address to which you would like your mail forwarded.

If you prefer to receive your overdue notices on paper,  please send an e-mail to the Circulation Librarian here.  Please be sure to state that you wish to receive notices by mail, your name, and the barcode from your MSU ID Card (the number that begins 2-1293....).
