FREE parking is available in stadium lot 62E on Red Cedar Road after 6:00pm. The Main Library is wheelchair accessible via the north entrance. Join John to learn about the progress of Complete Streets in the State with special emphasis on mid-Michigan. Complete Streets policies ensure that roadways accommodate all users, not just motorists. It allows pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and those with disabilities to easily and safely use roads in their communities. Complete Streets policies can improve the health, economy, environment, and safety in Michigan's cities and towns.
