Books, CDs, DVDs and Other Material:

If not owned, search Uborrow
Uborrow books generally arrive in about 2 days, with a 12 week checkout period. One 4 week renewal is permitted. Checkout periods vary for other types of materials.
If not found in Uborrow, search MeLCat (MSU Students, Faculty, & Staff)
Melcat requests generally arrive in about a week, with a 3 week checkout period. One 3 week renewal is permitted.
If not found in MeLCat, request it via interlibrary loan.

Thesis/Dissertations:

Check the catalog.
Check ProQuest Dissertations and Theses for full text.
If not found, request thesis/dissertation.

Book Chapter:

Check the catalog.
If not found, request book chapter.
