The following databases would be appropriate for searching for topics in medical technology. For clinical information, search PubMed/Medline or CINAHL. For information on biological topics, Web of Science or Biological Abstracts can also be searched.

Journal Citation Reports is available through ISI's Web of Knowledge. This is a resource tool for journal evaluation using citation data.
