Cybercast News (CNSNews)
http://www.cnsnews.com/
The Cybercast News Service was launched on June 16, 1998 as a news source for individuals, news organizations and broadcasters who put a higher premium on balance than spin and seek news that’s ignored or under-reported as a result of media bias by omission. Study after study by the Media Research Center, the parent organization of CNSNews.com, clearly demonstrate a liberal bias in many news outlets – bias by commission and bias by omission – that results in a frequent double-standard in editorial decisions on what constitutes "news."

World Press Review Online
http://worldpress.org/
Whether through its subscription service or its free website, World Press Review publishes into English various news articles, editorials, and cartoons from publications such as Moscow's "Izvestia," the "Beijing Review," the "Daily Nation" of Nairobi, and "Die Zeit" of Hamburg. Many links to English editions of newspapers and magazines of Africa, the Americas, Asia and Australia, Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa are provided.
An example of this translation of an international affair into English may found in one of the articles currently on the Frontpage called "North Korea and the Bomb." This article is a comment and analysis from 15 newspapers in Seoul, Pyongyang, Sydney, Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, Karachi, London, and Vancouver.
The value of this website does not rest solely in its translation services. In addition to reading foreign support and opposition articles to the Constitution of Europe, online readers can obtain a draft copy of the proposed European constitution that was filed May 27, 2003. All that need be done is a search for "europe constitution" in the valuable search bot on the top-left corner of the homepage.
Also available in paper copy in the MSU Libraries. See http://magic.lib.msu.edu/search/t?SEARCH=world+press+review.
