The browse feature allows you to browse individual U.S. Code titles, down to the section level, for the latest available update. The browse feature consists of several levels. First you choose which title(s) you wish to browse. The second level displays the chapters for the selected title. The State page starts with the Supreme Court level and bookmarks down the page to levels of Court of Appeals and U.S. Circuit & District. County and Municipal Courts are listed also, as are Resources sorted by category such as Professional Rules & Commentary and Ethics Opinions. The text could be a little larger, but it's an interesting site.

    Offers audio files of complete oral arguments before the Supreme Court in landmark cases. The site currently includes: United States v. Nixon (executive privilege - 1974); Roe v. Wade - 1973; Griswold v. Connecticut (Planned Parenthood challenging a Connecticut law that declared counseling married persons on the use of contraceptives a crime - 1965); and Pennsylvania v. Casey (informed consent and 24 hour waiting period for abortions - 1992), among others. Background information, the constitutional question, the conclusion, and the vote are provided for each case. Selected cases include hypertext links to the actual opinions. The arguments are in RealAudio format. Professor Jerry Goldman, a political scientist at Northwestern University, created the site.

    Law.com has announced the launch of a new information service covering news, oral arguments, orders, and other events at the US Supreme Court. It's is divided into three sections, news, decisions, and cert. granted. The news section contains information on the current court term, organizes the stories by date, provides an abstract and a link to the full story. The decisions section gives a short summary of cases decided by the Court during the last term and from the current term as they are issued. And the cert. granted section gives information on pending cases by argument date and subject.
