Donor Guides in the MSU Libraries

Approximately 90 percent of the philanthropic dollar actually comes from individuals. Attached is a list of possible sources of information on individual donors, including guides to some of the nation's wealthiest individuals as well as persons in foundation and corporate positions who have influence on who gets funded in their organizations. Also don't forget to check whether the names of specific individuals appear in the standard directories mentioned elsewhere in this guide. For instance, The Foundation Directory contains an index to donors, officers, and trustees related to the foundations it covers; the Corporate Giving Directory does as well.
