NIH Public Access Policy Information
The NIH Public Access Policy took effect on April 7, 2008. As of this date, all peer reviewed articles arising from research funded by the NIH are required to be submitted to PubMed Central for free global access.

Provost Kim Wilcox and Dr. Ian Gray, Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies, issued a Memorandum to the MSU faculty from about compliance. It includes contact numbers for four MSU administrative offices that can provide assistance.
