The wraparound front and back cover of the pamphlet features a color photograph features a table with a red tablecloth, in front of a window. On the front portion of the image is a ham on a platter, with a decorative heart shape on the top of the ham. Title text reads Meat Surprises, then To Brighten Your Winter Table. Beneath the ham is a logo for Wilson's Certified (Our Finest). The back cover portion of the table features a serving dish with a waffles torte trimmed in bacon. A dish of cut-up fruit is off to the side. The Wilson's logo appears on the back, too. A punched hole is in an upper corner of the covers. Inside pages include recipe tips for New Fun With Old Favorites, Teasers Are Pleasers, Startle And Sparkle With Bacon, and Eventful New Ideas With Ham. Numerous color photographs appear throughout.
