On the back, text reads, "Handsome set of cards sent free on receipt of 3 ct. stamp, by Foster, Milburn & Co., Buffalo, N.Y.", followed by a promo discouraging certain activities if reader has any of the disorders that Burdock Blood Bitters can cure. The card is stamped on the bottom in red ink with, "Sold by Frank S. Keet Druggist, 488 Market St., Harrisburg. Pa."
