Cooking With A Surprising Difference

Description:

The wrap-around cover has a color photograph of a woman on the telephone behind a table with oranges, a molded salad and a coffee server. Behind is yellow, orange and white wallpaper. On the back cover is a white pedestal plate to the right of a cook top with a copper pot. Behind is a window with yellow curtains and cornice. The first page has an illustration and signed letter by Mary Blake, Director, Home Service Department. Two pages describe with words and illustrations the categories of recipes: Lazy Weekenders, Handy Homemakers, Mortgage-Minders, Managing Mothers and A Smart Hostess. At the end is "Discover the surprising difference...in cooking with Carnation," a two-page promotion for using Carnation Evaporated Milk for milk, cream, whipping and cooking and information on other Carnation products.
