Description:

At the bottom of front and back covers is the title in red and black on a white background. The front end page has a table of contents opposite a signed letter by Mary Blake, Home Services Director, Carnation Company, about "What's Cooking?" Across both pages is a color photograph of a brown paper shopping bag on its side with grocery items spilling out. The back end page promotes using Carnation Evaporated Milk in recipes for milk or cream. Recipe categories are Sips 'N' Snacks, Main Dish Magic, Saucy Ways, Suppers From A Bowl Or A Casserole and Dessert Doings. Many recipes have color photographs. The last page has "Steering Around the Supermarket" with tips on marketing.
