The back panel features an illustration of a bag of Soothsayer Highest Patent Flour, featuring the drawing of a fortune teller with a crystal ball. The bag is superimposed over a color drawing of a wheat field, and text superimposed on that reading Soothsayer, All That Good Flour Can Be! Two inside panels feature a color illustration of dishes made with Soothsayer flour. The other four panels offer recipes.
