The top of the front cover has a drawing of a kitchen window with bread, cake, and pieces of cake. To the right of the baked goods is a sack of Ceresota Flour. The lower cover features the oval logo of Ceresota cutting bread. Shafts of wheat are on either side of the logo. The back has the centered circular logo of the Northwestern Consolidated Milling Company. The back cover has a stamp reading "The Northwestern Consolidated Milling Co. 115 East Market Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pa." The book lacks a serial number. 42 pages plus index.
