The back panel features text reading Syrup Of Figs Is Pleasant And Effective. The text accompanies a framed drawing of a woman in a white toga touching a fig on a fig tree. Sprigs of fig branches appear outside the frame. One inside panel features a three-dimensional drawing of a box of Syrup of Figs. Other inside panels feature text promoting the product.
