There are also ten recipes listed that utilize Kellogg's All-Bran in them. All recipes entail a list of the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish. The back end page is made up of a typed letter signed by Barbara B. Brooks. There are drawn colored illustrations located throughout the inside pages of various people, prepared dishes, and diagrams of the body. No page numbers.
