The inside pages begin with a foreword and then continues with ten chapters. The chapters are split into topics such as A Penalty of Civilization, What Becomes of the Food You Eat, Suggestions for Serving All-Bran, Facts about All-Bran, and The Reducing Diet. There are also five recipes that can be found on pages twenty through twenty two. Throughout the inside pages there are drawn colored illustrations of various foods, prepared dishes, people, and diagrams.
