The inside pages are dedicated to a cost finder, recipes, and citrus ideas from famous chefs. The recipes listed include fruit cups, citrus salads, grapefruit-lime ring mold, frozen surprise, and Florida low-calorie french dressing. All recipes include the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish. There are photographic illustrations for all twelve fruit cups. The last page and back end page entail seven citrus ideas from famous chefs. No page numbers.
