The orange wraparound front and back panels of this tri-fold leaflet has drawings of a servant carrying a wreath and candle holder, pilgrims, a horseman, an Elizabethan woman and a choir. The title on the front panel is in yellow and the back includes a recipe for cup cakes with an illustration of a platter of cup cakes below. Inside the first fold on the left is an introduction and general directions for whipping Carnation Milk. On the right are recipes for Washington's Birthday (Cherry Salad and Washington Pie). A coupon attached to the left of the back panel is to send in for a free copy of Mary Blake's Cook Book. On the back of the coupon is "Better Cows - Better Milk," a promo for Carnation Milk beside a picture of a cow. The inside panels have recipes for Easter Festivities (Eggs Latticed with Asparagus, Ham Mousse, Bunny Salad and Creamy No Egg Mayonnaise), Fourth of July (Pin Wheel Biscuits, Sail Boat Salad and Fried Chicken and Gravy), Thanksgiving Day (Butterscotch Sweet Potatoes, Cornucopia Salad and Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie) and For the Yuletide Season (Upside Down Cake, Chocolate Fudge and Graham Date Sweetmeats. There are red, black and white drawings beside the first three holidays.
