The front cover begins at the top with a photo of three chocolate and vanilla desserts in sherbert glasses. Below, the title "International Harvester Refrigerator Recipes" is written in black and orange lettering. To the left of the title, there is a silhouette of an orange serving spatula. The back cover entails an orange background with a white center containing the black logo. The front end page is made up of a typed letter and a signature from Irma Harding. The inside pages are dedicated to recipes that can be stored in the refrigerator. The foods listed are frosty beverages, frozen desserts, chilled desserts, pies, salads, refrigerator cookies, refrigerator rolls and casserole dishes. All recipes entail a list of ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish. The recipe titles are written in black lettering with an orange band behind. There are black and white illustrations located throughout the inside pages of different prepared dishes. The last inside pages and back end page feature the section titled "Other Uses" which contains six recipes.
