Description:

The front cover features a cartoon of a maid lifting a chafing dish lid as a chef brings an over sized lobster for her to add to the dish. To the right of the cartoon, the title "Sternau Chafing Dish Recipes" is written in black lettering. The back cover is blank. The inside pages begin with an introductory page and continue with informational pages for chafing-dish accessories and a complete chafing-dish outfit illustration. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes for such foods as clams, eggs, oysters, lobsters, shrimps, and rabbit. All recipes entail a list of the ingredients needed to the left of the directions on how to prepare the dish. There are illustrations located throughout the inside pages of different chafing dishes, coffee machines, and individuals using the products. Page thirty six contains the index for the pamphlet. The back end page is blank.
