The front cover begins at the top with the title "Battle Creek Foods and Vegetarian Recipes" written in blue and black lettering. The back cover contains an illustration of a man and woman standing by a river with trees in the background and outlined with a thick black line. The rest of the cover is a light orange color. The inside pages are dedicated to different products and recipes that go along with them. Some of the products listed are Protose, Savita, Malted Nuts, Minute Brew, Health Chocolates, Psylla, Fig Bran, and Cooked Whole Wheat. All recipes begin at the top with the ingredients needed followed by directions on how to prepare the dish. There are drawn illustrations located throughout the inside pages. Along the bottom of each inside pages, the phrase "Battle Creek Foods for Health" is written in black lettering. The back end page contains the index for this pamphlet.
