A Book Of Tried Recipes And How To Use Them [1930 c.a.]

The back cover begins at the top with the phrase "At last the metal eternal" and continues with the logo for Range Eternal and Eternametal Flues. At the bottom, there is a promotion about "Our Triple Wall Flue Construction." The inside pages start off with informational pages that discuss topics such as the processes of cooking and how to do various tasks such as chop parsley and prepare raisins. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to recipes that fall under the categories of eggs, breads, soups, cheese, poultry, vegetables, sauces, salads, desserts, candy, and cakes. All recipes entail a list of the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish. Page thirty two contains a diagram of The Range Eternal with all the parts numbered and described below,. The last inside page contains "Directions For Setting Up and Operating The Range Eternal."
