The URL for the company website is at the bottom. The front end page has the table of contents opposite a page with the company history and a picture of Mabel White Holmes, grandmother of the company's president, Howdy S. Holmes, who developed Jiffy's first baking mix product. The back end page has "How Fresh Is Your 'Jiffy' Product" with information to decipher the "Best If Used By" date on each package. Page 4 has the nutritional information followed by recipes for appetizers, muffins, biscuits, rolls, high altitude baking, brownies, cakes, cookies, donuts, sweet rolls, fry batter, main dishes, microwave cooking and camping. The last two pages have a list of the available line of "JIFFY" mixes and tour information. All inside pages are blue and red print.
