Description:
The front cover features a drawn colored illustration of a waitress serving a mother, daughter, son, and father. At the top, the title "Everybody Loves Madison Foods" is written in blue lettering against a white background. To the right of the illustration, the word "Recipes" is written vertically in dark blue lettering against a light green panel. The back cover is blank. The inside pages begin with "The Story of Madison Foods" and continue with informational pages consisting of topics such as Vegetarian vs Meat Diet, Vegetable Fats vs Animal Fats, and Vegetable Proteins vs Animal Proteins. Pages nine through eleven contain a "List and Description of Madison Foods" including products such as Nu-Steak, Not-Meat, and Soybeans in Tomato Sauce. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize Madison products in them. Each recipe entails a list of all the ingredients needed plus brief directions on how to prepare the dish. There are photographic illustrations located throughout the inside pages of different prepared dishes or canned items. Page thirty two contains two photographic illustrations, one being of Dr. P.A. Webber holding a couple cans of food in his hands with shelves of cans in the background. The back end page is blank.
