The front panel features vertical white lines on a red band behind the first words of the title "Quick Tips" along the left hand side. The second half of the title "For Busy Cooks" is written in black lettering towards the center top of the panel. At the bottom, there is a promotion written in black lettering for Lipton Deluxe Noodles & Sauce. The back panel starts off with the phrase "Mom's Night Off" and continues with recipes for Calico Noodle Supper, Easy-Does-It-Salad, and Caramel Sundaes. The recipe for Calico Noodle supper entails a list of the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish while the other two recipes just entail directions on how to prepare the dish. At the bottom, there are two "Time-Saving Tips" written in black lettering. The inside panels are broken up into four categories including Dinner In A Dash, After Work Gourmet, Moment's Notice Menu, and Two's Company. Each category contains three or four recipes and two tips that either fall under Quick Tips, Table Tips, A Pair of Tips, or Tasteful Tips. Some of the recipes that can be found on the inside panels are Oriental Style Stroganoff, Noddles India, Almond Fruit Creams, Velvet Spike, and Mock Caesar Salad.
