The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that fall under the categories of main dishes, sauces, soups, stews, vegetables, breads, spreads, and desserts. Each recipe entails a list of the ingredients needed plus directions on how to prepare the dish. All of the inside pages contain large photographic illustrations of different prepared dishes listed in the pamphlet. The last inside page is made up of the index.
