The front cover begins at the top with the title "Ayer's American Almanac 1892" and continues with a bottle of Ayer's Sarsaparilla on top of a globe. Below, the publisher information is listed. The back cover is titled "Ayer's Sarsaparilla" and contains a couple of informational paragraphs for the product. At the bottom, "Presented by Geo. A. Sargent, West Lincoln, Vt." is stated in black lettering. The front end page is titled "A Babe In The House" and is made up of a drawn illustration containing a mother with her two daughters and a list at the bottom of Dr. Ayer's products. The inside pages are dedicated to calendars and informational pages for various medicines offered by Dr. J.C. Ayer & Co. Each month for the year 1892 has it's own page containing moon phases, sun sets, and moon sets.
