The front cover begins at the top with the title "Pierce's Memorandum and Account Book" and continues with three black and white illustrations of a carpenter, farmer, and blacksmith. At the bottom, "A Present From The World's Dispensary Medical Association" is stated in black lettering. The back cover starts off with a drawing of the World's Dispensary, 660 to 670 Washington Street, Buffalo, N.Y. Below, there is a promotion for Dr. Pierce's All-Healing Salve. The front end page entails two topics including "Dr. Pierce's Pleasant Pellets" and "Rates of Postage." The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to informational pages, testimonials, and calendar pages. The informational pages entail details for such topics including various diseases and their cures. The testimonials are located throughout the inside pages and were written by different consumers of different products. All testimonials include a black and white illustration of the individual who wrote it. The calendar pages begin at the top with the days of the week and their matching dates for that month during the years of 1902 and 1903. The rest of the page is dedicated to blank lines for the purchaser to write various memos. The back end page contains two topics including Chronic Constipation and Diarrhea and Dysentery.
