Throughout the inside pages there are different menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for individuals with various types of health. On page twenty five there is a chart for "The Alkaline Foods" which is made up of a list of various foods along with their nutrition information. The back end page is a promotion for Dr. Miles' Nervine containing an illustration of a woman telling her husband he should of taken his Nervine last night.
