Fleischmann's Yeast Presents Prize Winning Yeast Recipes


The front cover features a drawn colored illustration of red, white, and blue bunting on the sides plus circus tents and a Ferris Wheel at the bottom. The title "Fleischmann's Yeast Presents Prize Winning Yeast Recipes" is written in black lettering on top of two orange and one yellow balloon. The back cover contains prepaid postage in the upper right hand corner and the company address in the top left hand corner. Above the company address, there is a small illustration of circus tents and a Ferris Wheel. The front end page is made up of a typed letter signed by Mary Lynn Woods who works in the consumer service department. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize yeast in them. All recipes entail a list of the ingredients needed plus detailed directions on how to prepare the dish. Some of the recipes that are listed in the pamphlet are German coffee bread, graham yeast rolls, Sunday breakfast cake, perfect Parker house rolls, college loaf, anniversary cinnamon whirls, and Dutch apple cake. There are black and white photographic illustrations located throughout the inside pages of various prepared dishes. No page numbers.
