The front cover begins at the top with an embossed gilt frame around a space for a baby's photo. Below, the title "My Biography" is written in gold lettering. The back cover contains a gilt eagle with the phrase "Designed and printed for Borden's Condensed Milk Co" written in brown lettering in a box held up by the eagle. The inside pages are dedicated to events that take place throughout a baby's life. The events include date of birth, baby's weight, first tooth, siblings, crept, walked, early education and other important events. There are blank spaces on each page that can be filled in by the consumer with details about the events in their baby's life. Throughout the inside pages, there are drawn colored illustrations of a mother with her baby at different events in his or her life. The last two pages and back end page are reserved for snap shots made from time to time of the baby. No page numbers.
