The front cover features a stone archway with various phrases on each stone including Better Livestock, Soil Fertility, Quality Foods, and The Consumer's Home. In the center of the archway, there is a drawn colored illustration of livestock grazing in a field next to a farm. At the top, the title "Armour's Hand Book of Agriculture" is written in white and black lettering against a blue background. At the bottom, "The Archway That Leads To Successful Farming" is stated in black lettering on a gray band. The back cover contains a color pen and ink sketch of stock yards. The inside pages begin with an inserted typed letter signed by J. Ogden Armour and continue with various informational pages about the Armour and Company's agriculture and produce. Some of the topics discussed include Armour And The Farmer, Agriculture And Industry, Manufacture Of Farm Product, The Distribution Of Food Products, Who Are Producers, Power On The Farm, and Farmers Organizations. There are drawn colored illustrations located throughout the inside pages. The last inside page is made up of pictures of all the pamphlets available for purchase from Armour's Bureau of Agricultural Research and Economics.
